WIPF2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WIPF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,555 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WIPF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FLI1_S39, TBC1D2B_S155, and BUB3. Each is linked with WIPF2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIPF2-to-partner and partner-to-WIPF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WIPF2 versus FLI1_S39 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WIPF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WIPF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
