Across TCGA patient cohorts, WIPF2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,368 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WIPF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDS1, PLEKHO1, and WASL. Each is linked with WIPF2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIPF2-to-partner and partner-to-WIPF2 results are reported.
