WIPF2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WIPF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,462 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WIPF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAHD1, GINS3, and GAS2L1. Each is linked with WIPF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIPF2-to-partner and partner-to-WIPF2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAHD1 grouped by WIPF2-low versus WIPF2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WIPF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WIPF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
