Across TCGA patient cohorts, WIPF2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 33 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WIPF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAPDH, Bak, and 4E-BP1. Each is linked with WIPF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIPF2-to-partner and partner-to-WIPF2 results are reported.
