Across TCGA cell cohorts, WIPF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,029 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WIPF2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Cytosolic transport, and Pallium development. Each is linked with WIPF2 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIPF2-to-partner and partner-to-WIPF2 results are reported.
