Across TCGA cell cohorts, WIPF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WIPF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, BANF2, and DEFB129. Each is linked with WIPF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIPF2-to-partner and partner-to-WIPF2 results are reported.
