Across TCGA patient cohorts, WIPF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,230 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WIPF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYTH4, GRAP2, and NCF4. Each is linked with WIPF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIPF1-to-partner and partner-to-WIPF1 results are reported.
