WIF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WIF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,980 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WIF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLCB4, SBSPON, and MYH14. Each is linked with WIF1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIF1-to-partner and partner-to-WIF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WIF1 versus PLCB4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WIF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WIF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
