Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WIF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,201 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WIF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PDE4D, RNU6-166P, and PLCB4. Each is linked with WIF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIF1-to-partner and partner-to-WIF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WIF1 versus PDE4D in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WIF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WIF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
