WIF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WIF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,451 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WIF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNORD115-21, OR8B6P, and GAGE12H. Each is linked with WIF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIF1-to-partner and partner-to-WIF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SNORD115-21 grouped by WIF1-low versus WIF1-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WIF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WIF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
