WIF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WIF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 24 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WIF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C11orf53, OR9G1, and GPR33. Each is linked with WIF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WIF1-to-partner and partner-to-WIF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C11orf53 grouped by WIF1-low versus WIF1-high in KIDNEY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WIF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WIF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
