Across TCGA patient cohorts, WHRN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,164 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WHRN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cerebellar Purkinje cell layer morphogenesis, Cerebellar Purkinje cell layer formation, and Obsolete histone methylation. Each is linked with WHRN in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WHRN-to-partner and partner-to-WHRN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cerebellar Purkinje cell layer morphogenesis grouped by WHRN-low versus WHRN-high in SCLC.
