Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WHRN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,371 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WHRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are APBB1, DMD, and RAD17P1. Each is linked with WHRN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WHRN-to-partner and partner-to-WHRN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WHRN versus APBB1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WHRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→WHRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
