WHRN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WHRN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,430 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WHRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR23D3P, MTA2, and ELP5. Each is linked with WHRN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WHRN-to-partner and partner-to-WHRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRR23D3P grouped by WHRN-low versus WHRN-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WHRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→WHRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
