WHRN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WHRN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,067 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WHRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCN9, LLGL1, and R3HDML. Each is linked with WHRN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WHRN-to-partner and partner-to-WHRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LCN9 grouped by WHRN-low versus WHRN-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WHRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→WHRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
