WHAMM

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WHAMM RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 14,413 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WHAMM-associated genes across cancer lineages are FMN2, TP53, and PKD1. Each is linked with WHAMM in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WHAMM-to-partner and partner-to-WHAMM results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FMN2 grouped by WHAMM-low versus WHAMM-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WHAMM→partner) and Y-score (partner→WHAMM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
