Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WHAMM protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,367 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WHAMM-associated genes across cancer lineages are CEP63, SUPT3H, and IMPDH1P8. Each is linked with WHAMM in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WHAMM-to-partner and partner-to-WHAMM results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WHAMM versus CEP63 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WHAMM→partner) and Y-score (partner→WHAMM) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
