WFS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WFS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 30,851 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WFS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WFS1_S235, RUSF1, and WFS1_S32. Each is linked with WFS1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WFS1-to-partner and partner-to-WFS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WFS1 versus WFS1_S235 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WFS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WFS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
