WFS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WFS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WFS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, MSH6, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with WFS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WFS1-to-partner and partner-to-WFS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by WFS1-low versus WFS1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WFS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WFS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
