WFS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, WFS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 188 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WFS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR13C7, OR13C2, and LY6G6F. Each is linked with WFS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WFS1-to-partner and partner-to-WFS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR13C7 grouped by WFS1-low versus WFS1-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WFS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WFS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
