WFDC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WFDC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,317 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WFDC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MESD, SELENOS, and RCN2. Each is linked with WFDC3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WFDC3-to-partner and partner-to-WFDC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WFDC3 versus MESD in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WFDC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→WFDC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
