Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WFDC2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WFDC2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher WFDC2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WFDC2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
BLCA are the cancer types where WFDC2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
