Across TCGA patient cohorts, WFDC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,260 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WFDC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DDAH1, LZTFL1, and ARFGEF3. Each is linked with WFDC2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WFDC2-to-partner and partner-to-WFDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WFDC2 versus DDAH1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
