WFDC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WFDC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,499 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WFDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFF3, CYP4X1, and AGR2. Each is linked with WFDC2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WFDC2-to-partner and partner-to-WFDC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WFDC2 versus TFF3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WFDC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→WFDC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
