Across TCGA cell cohorts, WFDC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,069 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WFDC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of lung ciliated cell differentiation, Regulation of lung ciliated cell differentiation, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with WFDC2 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WFDC2-to-partner and partner-to-WFDC2 results are reported.
