Across TCGA cell cohorts, WFDC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WFDC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSGN1 and NHLH2. Each is linked with WFDC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WFDC2-to-partner and partner-to-WFDC2 results are reported.
