WFDC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WFDC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,193 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WFDC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ISM1, NUP93, and PSMD7. Each is linked with WFDC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WFDC1-to-partner and partner-to-WFDC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WFDC1 versus ISM1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WFDC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WFDC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
