Across TCGA cell cohorts, WFDC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,392 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WFDC1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are NMDA glutamate receptor clustering, Sterol transport, and Regulation of tumor necrosis factor-mediated signaling pathway. Each is linked with WFDC1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WFDC1-to-partner and partner-to-WFDC1 results are reported.
