WEE1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WEE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,190 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WEE1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WEE1_T190, WEE1_S150, and WEE1_S165. Each is linked with WEE1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WEE1-to-partner and partner-to-WEE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WEE1 versus WEE1_T190 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WEE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WEE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
