Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WEE1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,861 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WEE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RRM1, IPO7, and FOXM1. Each is linked with WEE1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WEE1-to-partner and partner-to-WEE1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WEE1 versus RRM1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WEE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WEE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
