WEE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WEE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,557 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WEE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HNRNPDP2, LINC00265-3P, and MIR5571. Each is linked with WEE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WEE1-to-partner and partner-to-WEE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HNRNPDP2 grouped by WEE1-low versus WEE1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WEE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WEE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
