WEE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WEE1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WEE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are 14-3-3_beta, JNK_pT183_Y185, and p62 Lck ligand. Each is linked with WEE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WEE1-to-partner and partner-to-WEE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 14-3-3_beta grouped by WEE1-low versus WEE1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WEE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WEE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
