WDTC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDTC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,527 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDTC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPA1, ERI3, and RPA2. Each is linked with WDTC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDTC1-to-partner and partner-to-WDTC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDTC1 versus RPA1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDTC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDTC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
