WDTC1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDTC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,725 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDTC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM14, TMEM50A, and F8. Each is linked with WDTC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDTC1-to-partner and partner-to-WDTC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDTC1 versus SMIM14 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDTC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDTC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
