WDTC1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDTC1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,564 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDTC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF9, SUB1P2, and CENPH. Each is linked with WDTC1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDTC1-to-partner and partner-to-WDTC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TAF9 grouped by WDTC1-low versus WDTC1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDTC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDTC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
