Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDSUB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,093 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDSUB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TNFAIP8, WDR5, and TSN. Each is linked with WDSUB1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDSUB1-to-partner and partner-to-WDSUB1 results are reported.
