WDSUB1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDSUB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,893 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDSUB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRXL2A, PAIP2B, and ALDH9A1. Each is linked with WDSUB1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDSUB1-to-partner and partner-to-WDSUB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDSUB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDSUB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
