WDSUB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDSUB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,009 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDSUB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATP6V1E1P2, RBMY2AP, and ELOCP5. Each is linked with WDSUB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDSUB1-to-partner and partner-to-WDSUB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDSUB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDSUB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
