The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher WDR93 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR93 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
LUSC, LIHC, and LGG are the cancer types where WDR93 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
