Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR92 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WDR92 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher WDR92 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR92 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD are the cancer types where WDR92 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
