WDR92

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR92 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,503 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR92-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HNRNPLL, EPS15_S221, and MTA1_S576. Each is linked with WDR92 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR92-to-partner and partner-to-WDR92 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR92 versus HNRNPLL in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.49.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR92→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR92) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
