WDR89

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR89 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,001 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR89-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MTHFD1, YLPM1, and TRMT5. Each is linked with WDR89 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR89-to-partner and partner-to-WDR89 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR89 versus MTHFD1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR89→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR89) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
