Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR89 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,994 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR89-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRMT5, CCNB1IP1, and TIMM9. Each is linked with WDR89 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR89-to-partner and partner-to-WDR89 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR89 versus TRMT5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR89→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR89) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
