WDR89

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR89 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,953 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR89-associated genes across cancer lineages are C4A-AS1, RPSAP68, and IRF2-DT. Each is linked with WDR89 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR89-to-partner and partner-to-WDR89 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C4A-AS1 grouped by WDR89-low versus WDR89-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR89→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR89) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
