Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR89 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR89-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, JNK2, and Ku80. Each is linked with WDR89 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR89-to-partner and partner-to-WDR89 results are reported.
