WDR83

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR83 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,421 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR83-associated genes across cancer lineages are GPATCH1, ZNF507, and UBA2. Each is linked with WDR83 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR83-to-partner and partner-to-WDR83 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR83 versus GPATCH1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR83→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR83) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
