Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR83 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible WDR83-associated genes across cancer lineages are Heregulin, JNK2, and PCNA. Each is linked with WDR83 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR83-to-partner and partner-to-WDR83 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Heregulin grouped by WDR83-low versus WDR83-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR83→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR83) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
