Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, WDR82 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated WDR82 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher WDR82 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated WDR82 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and PDAC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where WDR82 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
