WDR77

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR77 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 28,588 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR77-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRMT5, SSRP1, and MTHFD1. Each is linked with WDR77 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR77-to-partner and partner-to-WDR77 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, WDR77 versus PRMT5 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR77→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR77) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
