WDR77

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, WDR77 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 473 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible WDR77-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR4472-1, RNA5SP405, and TRAJ10. Each is linked with WDR77 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both WDR77-to-partner and partner-to-WDR77 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR4472-1 grouped by WDR77-low versus WDR77-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (WDR77→partner) and Y-score (partner→WDR77) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
